According to a 2017 study performed by an online health provider, Dr. Felix, 24 percent of women said that chests were the most attractive part of mens’ bodies. Another 13 percent of women stated that the stomach area was the sexiest part of a man’s body. That’s a whopping 37 percent of women who consider the torso the sexiest part of a man’s body. This didn’t solely imply that gym-toned bodies were the only things considered sexy, as plenty of women find dad bods attractive. 

Many workouts target the torso. When working on your chest, nothing beats a dumbbell or barbell bench press. There are many variations, such as the traditional bench press, incline bench press, and decline bench press.  When focusing on your stomach, crunches are the most preferred method. These can include any of the many variations of crunches, such as traditional crunches or reverse crunches. 

Runner Up: Arms

In Dr. Felix’s study, arms secured 19 percent of the vote as the sexiest body part a man has to offer. Again, it’s not just beefcakes that take the cake here. Many women prefer Ryan Gosling to Jean-Claude Van Damme. In the study, women emphasized that toned forearms were equally important. When focusing on your arms, there are several workouts to choose from. The most common exercises for arms are bicep curls to target the biceps and tricep rope pulldowns to focus on your triceps. You can also do a reverse curl to target those forearms.

Honorable Mention: Back and Shoulders

A strong shoulder-to-hip ratio was a hit in a 2013 study performed by the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. Women naturally found a broad, v-shaped back more attractive. One of the best exercises is the lateral pull down when it comes to focusing on your back. Another excellent workout for back and rear deltoid muscles is the row.  Lateral and front dumbbell raises are great exercises to focus on the shoulder muscles.

It’s no secret that a woman’s butt is an incredible sight. Let’s be honest here, even heterosexual women love seeing another woman with a nice butt. Women’s butts come in all different shapes and sizes, and they’re all beautiful. While some men fantasize over big, juicy, bodacious butts, others prefer smaller, perfectly shaped ones. 

Butts and wide hips symbolize femininity, which makes sense why men are so attracted to them. A nice butt is also a good indicator that a woman works out and takes care of herself. Most men prefer butts over breasts, but that just boils down to personal preference. And to keep it real, men aren’t all that picky. 

When it comes to working out the butt, nothing beats squats. Squats will help tighten up all the muscles associated with having a tight, well-shaped butt. Another great workout to help tighten up that butt is the walking lunge.

Breasts are another important symbol of femininity, and they’ve always been known to attract men. This has been the case since the beginning of the human race. Many ancient figurines of female goddesses are depicted with wide hips and large breasts. While the theory has been that men are more attracted to bigger breasts, that’s not always the case. Many men prefer smaller breasts. What matters most is their shape, with or without a bra. Breasts are beautiful. The preferred size and shape ultimately come down to the man’s specific preference, but having toned breasts is always a plus.

While there are no workouts to target breasts since their shape is formed by tissue as opposed to muscle, there are ways for you to make your breasts appear more prominent. One of the best ways to do this is to focus on your posture. Keep your back straight and chest out as often as possible. If you notice yourself slouching, fix it as often as you can. You can also focus on back exercises such as lateral pulldowns to help improve your posture outside of the gym.
