Don’t let her size fool you, Coach Spencer is a beast! She has been with WCS since right after our opening in 2018, but previously had been training for 4 years after completing her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.  With 13 years of personal gym experience and 7 years of coaching experience, Spencer’s passion is to help others create the best version of themselves and find a permanent place for exercise in a healthy lifestyle.

“In high school I was introduced to power lifting and fell in love with how I felt and the confidence I built over time. My entire life I knew I wanted to do something that helped others and found that possible through health and fitness”.

Along with being a gym rat, you can find Spencer being an obsessive dog mom, snowboarding, hiking, attending outdoor concerts, and chasing inner peace.
