Isabelle Creighton

Isabelle Creighton

Another Western Oregon Exercise Science graduate, Isabelle did her internship in college and was a staff member for 2 years before becoming a trainer at WCS.  Previously a player and now an assistant soccer coach for WOU, Isabelle has been a competitive athlete her entire life.  Her mindset for preparing to be the best athlete is the same mindset she uses to be a great coach.

“I’ve always had a passion for athletics and staying active. I want to spread that to as many people as possible. It’s hard to live your best and most authentic life if you’re physically and mentally unhealthy – I want to help people achieve their healthiest life”.

Isabelle goes 100 miles an hour, but when she’s not coaching or training she’s spending time with friends and family, or quietly reading a book and enjoying some peace and quiet.
