BIOGRAPHY

Brian is a lifelong athlete, weightlifter, and former college football player for Western Oregon University.  After coaching middle school and high school football, Brian began training for WCS in 2019 while finishing his degree in Exercise Science.  Originally focusing on resistance training for sports, an injury caused him to be drawn more to training as medicine to combat the negative effects of bad posture and incorrect movement. 

He drinks more kombucha than Willy Nelson, prefers dogs over most people, and believes that sitting still is the worst form of torture this world has to offer.

Training Philosophy

“I see the body as a complex and interconnected chain. Any deviation in that chain causes problems. I correct those problems by helping people build strength and power through sound fundamentals and an individual program that fits all of their needs.”
