At West Coast Strength, we offer large group training sessions that provide energetic and exciting team exercises. Our group training sessions focus on strength, mobility, power, and hypertrophy. You name it, we got it!
Each large group training session will have a maximum of ten people so that sessions will never be overcrowded. This ensures that our instructor can provide the necessary attention to each person. Once the initial roster is filled, we will add more sessions as necessary.
$149/month for two 60-minute sessions per week
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 pm to 7 pm
